| Which are the benefits if you choose this optional service / supplementary ? |

A response time for intervention / travel in case of any problems within ... (time spent on the distance from our headquarters to the customer location) + 1 hour to prepare equipment for service / maintenance and the team assigned for this intervention.

Ability to change a faulty equipment (for reasons not related to us or to the guarantee given by our company, natural causes, etc.) until the establishment of fault by our specialists, next after this expertise to make a decision regarding the share to cover these expenses (repair / change / transport / intervention costs).
- Extended warranty 1-2 years, instead of conventional warranty (according to each product)
- 5% discount provided (through a gift voucher) to a second acquisition (regardless of previously purchased products).

- Each product has a warranty between 1 to 7 years (according to each type)

During warranty there are no extra costs for change/replace/repair, only in the case when the rules of operation for the property acquired were not respected, or other natural causes that are not included in the warranty (exception making transport costs of intervention team).

A term response / contact within 3 hours from intimation, between the hours 09.00 - 18.00, Monday to Friday.

To move on the spot, intervention team work within 3 days from the notification (except holidays).

Transportation costs for the intervention team are paid by the client, or he can bring defective product to our service for technical expertise and repair.
